In a nutshell:
I’m responsible for the day-to-day management of our clients’ accounts. I take the initial brief and work with our design, production and installation teams to make it happen. I’m the first port of call to answer any queries and provide updates to the client. I like to think of myself as a headache remover – I take on all the stress so my clients don’t have to.
